Spring Cleaning is a two-part, full-body treatment that works through the body in sections, allowing deeper layers of tension and stored patterns to release in a way that feels integrated—not overwhelming.

Through Neuro-Muscular Release Therapy, we work with both:
- Physical tension in the muscles and fascia
- Emotional memory held in the body
As these layers begin to release, the body naturally starts to:

🔥 The Structure
This work is done in two sessions, each approximately 2.5 hours.
Because the body continues to process and integrate after each session, timing matters.
✨ Recommended Flow:
Sessions are ideally completed back-to-back or within 48 hours to allow the body to connect and integrate the full experience.
🌿 Session 1
Focus on the upper body:
- Head, face, and jaw (including organic facelift work)
- Neck and shoulders
- Arms and chest
🌿 Session 2
After briefly revisiting the upper body, we move into:
- Diaphragm and abdomen
- Hips and legs
- Spine and posterior body
- Sciatic and deeper structural areas
